IN A FEW WORDS: HIKING, FRESH AIR AND PANORAMAS
Movement (inspired from animal flow, yoga, crossfit,...), hiking and holistic practices between mountain trails and breathtaking nature: reconnecting to the essentials, and yourself through this immersion in nature. Getting back to human roots, walking on different terrains, observing details along the way, admiring the endless horizon, breathing the fresh air in altitude and by the sea…
SCHEDULE: The schedule is of course meant to be adapted, for example to the weather conditions. It will also be custom-made for your group, giving you free time as you need. Example of a day to day below (scroll down the page).

DAY ONE
Barefoot walk by the sea (grounding) with an anchoring exercise and a movement session. After that, we’re heading to our first hike, offering a panoramic view on the lake and the Korinthian Gulf, a forest bathing session and four breathing techniques.
DAY TWO
Cold exposure and a powerful meditation, practised as a visualisation exercise, paired with the next movement workshop. Second hike, this time progressing between the rocks: we explore a canyon and talk about three other breathing techniques, enjoying this place… out of this world.
DAY THREE
Method of mental rehearsing and a movement workshop on locomotion. Take your picnic, we’re heading to Pisia, a picturesque village at 800m of altitude. From there, we will reach the summit “Pintiza Peak”, in a memorable hike with many astonishing view points. Once we’re back, we cool down with some shaking, tapping and an ACT session.
DAY FOUR
Initiation to “rocking”, active meditation and movement session. Once again, pack your lunch, we’re visiting the ancient temple of Hereion. After a walk that will leave you speechless, overlooking the coast and the Blue Lake, I suggest a snorkeling spot and self-massage lesson.
DAY FIVE
We focus on ground-based movement this time, before the exploration of Ancient Corinth: a playground at the top of the hill, with a rich history. It’s time for the NLP and self-hypnosis activity, creating new pathways…
DAY SIX
If you’re in for an extra adventure, we’re going on a day trip to one of the most stunning mountains in Peloponnese: Ziria or Kalavryta, depending on your preferences and the weather. Otherwise, we enjoy unseen paths and discover an other side of our mountain…

* BENEFITS OF ALTITUDE :
Altitude has numerous interesting effects on your organism, including the increase of hemoglobin (red blood cells), which improves oxygen flow in your bloodstream. It is therefore a great cardiovascualr training and can help improve your VO2max.
“ROCKING”:
This discipline preserves muscle mass while improving endurance, without the repetitive shocks and high impact of running. Easy to implement in your hikes or even daily walks!

*GLOSSARY the main holistic practices:
*ACT: ACT therapy is an alternative healing method, focusing on accepting emotions and thoughts rather than suppressing them, in order to help with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
*NLP: NLP is an approach focusing on how the mind (neuro), language (linguistic) and behaviour interact to understand and change the patterns (programs) and reach specific outcomes.
*self-hypnosis: self-hypnosis is a technique where someone induces themselves a transe state, to influence their thoughts or emotions. Especially useful for stress management, habits modifications and self-confidence improvement.
*meditation: Meditation is a mental practice distinguished by relaxation, acute focus and a clear perception. It is used to lower stress, improve cognition and self-awareness.
