PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: The exercise selection is individual, and depends on your needs and goals, whether you want to continue to improve your overall fitness or have specific weaknesses to address. Strength training, cardio, mobility: my method is complete and varied. No need for equipment or a lot of space, you only need a yoga mat for the floor exercises.

Holistic Coaching :

If you want, I can also include holistic practices: ACT, NLP, self-hypnosis, meditation, visualisation,…we can combine them to suit your needs, mood and real life experience!
