By accessing or purchasing services via move-breathe-explore.com, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms apply to all services provided by Move. Breathe. Explore by Raise Your Energy SRL (Belgium), including private coaching, wellness experiences, and digital offerings.
Raise Your Energy SRL is a Belgian company (SRL), and all transactions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Brabant Wallon courts.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
All services must be paid in full in advance, unless a payment plan has been arranged
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused sessions
All transaction fees are the client’s responsibility
An official invoice is issued for every payment
Online Classes & Coaching Packages
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance - provided there are available spots left
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior for rescheduling
Missed sessions without notice are counted as completed
Wellness Experiences (Journeys & Events)
Our wellness experiences include curated content, workshops, and sessions (accommodation and transport are not included unless stated otherwise)
Once booked, experiences are non-refundable. However, in case of force majeure (serious illness, injury, etc.), a voucher may be issued for future use
Proof of the situation may be required (e.g., medical certificate)
We highly recommend all clients obtain personal travel insurance. Raise Your Energy SRL is not liable for any incidents, injuries, losses, or delays that occur during travel.

While our headquarters are in Belgium, we may later operate under additional legal entities. Clients will be informed transparently should any changes affect legal jurisdiction or invoicing.
