Access is restricted exclusively to internal team members directly involved in your care and preparation.
We uphold the highest standards of data security, and in the unlikely event of a breach, you will be notified immediately in line with GDPR compliance.
Who has access to your personal information ?
Only core members of the Raise Your Energy team working directly with you
External authorities or insurance providers only in the case of legal disputes or safety matters

What are your rights (GDPR) ?
You can decide anytime to retract your agreement for sharing your informations
If you decide to retract and stop sharing your personal informations, your informations will be erased from our database. With that being said, some informations may be kept for a maximal duration of five years for accountability and insurance purposes.
