IN A FEW WORDS: SERENITY, LETTING GO
A week to take a real break, escape your routine and reconnect with yourself; slow down, take the time to assess and process, to just live life in the moment. A one-of-a-kind human connection with a group sharing this desire to focus on finding back their energy, self-reliance and peace of mind.
SCHEDULE: The schedule is of course meant to be adapted, for example to the weather conditions. It will also be custom-made for your group, giving you free time as you need. Example of a day to day below (scroll down the page).

DAY ONE
Setting intentions: grounding on the beach with an anchoring exercise + a root and sacral chackra meditation*. First breathing technique and a movement session inspired from yoga. Cold plunge or snorkeling.
DAY TWO
Introducing visualisation and mental rehearsal, combined with a solar plexus* meditation. I will give you the main tools of NLP, directly useful in daily life. Second breathing technique, mindful movement and finally, an ACT session. A walk with a stunning view to end the day on high, radiant energy.
DAY THREE
Let’s focus now on the heart chakra* and self-massage, tapping. Third breathing technique, a movement workshop experiencing silence in motion, and to finish the day, a moment of sharing, kindness and reciprocity with an overview of floating therapy/ aqua yoga.
DAY FOUR
Warming up with a meditation balancing our throat chakra* and a 4th breathing technique. Then, a movement workshop where you get to participate in the flow creation, finishing off with some shaking and a magical meditation to completely surrender! It’s also a time for instrospection and energy healing.
DAY FIVE
Opening new horizons: meditation on the third eye chakra* and dipping into self-hypnosis. Today’s movement session is all about repetition, to reach this “altered consciousness” state again. Fifth breathing technique and let’s meet for our closure dinner, a delightful picnic on the beach and some intuitive dance to let the emotions flow freely again.
DAY SIX
I will guide you through the woods, for a healing walk (forest bathing), and active meditation on the crown chakra*. After that, we are going to have a movement workshop to help you continue your practice at home. Finally, a sunset drink on the beach to say goodbye…

I am aware of how the wellness industry thrives on cultural appropriation, profiting of ancestral wisdom and traditions without any spiritual or philosophical implications.
I am referring to energy centres as “chakras” to simplify notions that I believe in, passed from various teachers and mentors over time. I am not pushing any spiritual belief of any kind, and I always encourage you to respect traditions, and take what resonates with you.

*GLOSSARY the main holistic practices:
*ACT: ACT therapy is an alternative healing method, focusing on accepting emotions and thoughts rather than suppressing them, in order to help with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
*NLP: NLP is an approach focusing on how the mind (neuro), language (linguistic) and behaviour interact to understand and change the patterns (programs) and reach specific outcomes.
*self-hypnosis: self-hypnosis is a technique where someone induces themselves a transe state, to influence their thoughts or emotions. Especially useful for stress management, habits modifications and self-confidence improvement.
*meditation: Meditation is a mental practice distinguished by relaxation, acute focus and a clear perception. It is used to lower stress, improve cognition and self-awareness.
*visualisation: Visualisation is a mental technique consisting of the creation of clear and detailed mental images in the mind. It is used, for example, to manage stress and for physical and mental conditioning.
