SEA THERAPY, MARINE EXPLORATIONS

We dive into another universe, which we will explore together during those seven days. I welcome you on the seaside and invite you to combine moments dedicated to well-being, fluid movement and aquatic immersion to connect with the sea and its relaxing and therapeutic benefits. Treat yourself to this enchanted moment to rediscover harmony and inner peace, observe the sea life while snorkeling or scuba diving, and let the current carry you... This project allows me to share my passion for my little greek paradise, as well as for the marine world and its unmatched beauty. As you come into contact with the sea, release your tensions, feed off every moment and cultivate your energy for a real breath of fresh, salty air!

PROGRAM: It is designed to be adapted to the weather and the group. It is possible to add custom options and personalise each trip. Highlights below:

MOVEMENT

We start the day with some movement and a breathing exercise (pranayama), by the sea. I teach unique flows, with influences from yoga, fitness, animal flow, etc., and adapt them to the mood and energy of the day. These sessions are linked to the aquatic activities of the day and will take place on the shore.

IMMERSION AND BREATHTAKING BEACHES

Every day, we'll spend some time in the water: snorkeling for an even more immersive experience, free swimming in the sea, an introduction to ‘floating therapy’ for those who want it... I'll take you to the most interesting spots, and guide you through this wonderful and soothing world. We'll also take advantage of the most beautiful wild beaches in the area: the natural arch of Fokia, Sterna Bay, Milokopi, and more.

MINDFULNESS

Every day, I offer a well-being workshop on meditation*, visualisation* or easy self-hypnosis by the sea. These practices help to calm the nervous system, to let go and to set clear intentions. We also work on balancing the different chakras* and restorative relaxation such as yoga nidra (non-sleep deep rest).

SCUBADIVING

I'm also a diving instructor and I have chosen to work in Greece because its turquoise waters are an endless source of wonders for me. For those who wish, I can organise one or more scuba dives in the surrounding area: I'll take care of supervision and guidance, so all you have to do is enjoy the moment. And for beginners, I can organise a first dive!

REJUVENATE

Of course, I leave you some free time to walk around, spend time alone or just relax. I also like to suggest good local places to eat typical dishes, cooked with love, to appreciate the generous and friendly Greek culture. Authenticity, sharing and getting back to basics: the best gift you can receive.

SHARING CIRCLES

This trip is above all a wonderful human adventure, where I want to share a simpler, gentler way of living, closer to nature and... to our nature. ‘Slow living': following the rhythm of the seasons, concentrating on what really matters. It also includes talking circles by the sea, to discuss and share ideas, personal challenges with kindness and in a safe place.

I am aware of the excesses of the wellness sector, particularly regarding cultural appropriation and the purely commercial and distorted use of spiritual and philosophical traditions.

For the sake of convenience, I use the term ‘chakra’ to refer to the energy centres, and to simplify concepts that I like to adhere to, handed down by various teachers over the years. In no way am I pushing you to adopt any spiritual beliefs, and I always encourage you to respect traditions, drawing from them bits of wisdom that make sense to you.

*GLOSSARY of the main holistic practices:

*ACT: ACT is a gentle form of ‘therapy’ that focuses on accepting emotions and thoughts rather than suppressing them in order to treat emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression.

*NLP: NLP is an approach that focuses on how thinking (neuro), language (linguistic) and behaviour interact to understand and change patterns (programmes) to achieve specific goals.

*Meditation: Meditation is a mental practice characterised by relaxation, increased concentration and clearer perception. It is used to reduce stress, improve concentration and promote greater self-understanding.

*Visualisation: Visualisation is a mental technique that involves creating clear, detailed mental images in the mind. It is used for stress management and physical and mental conditioning.
