Scubadiving takes a toll on your body, as we all know. Whether you’re a recreational diver, enjoying some holidays or liveaboard every year; or a professional working for seasons, taking care of your fitness and overall wellness can be a total game changer. I became an Instructor with my personal training background, so it inspired me to combine both, to help my students and divers make the most of their experience, and become better, more aware, safer divers.

For some, it’s also the spark that makes them want to build up a sustainable, healthier routine. Being a professional in both fields, I know first hand how helpful my workouts are to handle a full scuba teaching season, recover from multiple dives and still feel full of energy; or how much meditation and mindfulness can transform the most simple dive into the most enchanted adventure. My training method always emphasizes the importance of getting outside in nature, so you already have that one figured out!
