A path to cultivate balance and inner peace, at every stage of your journey.

You already have all the resources within you, but you may not necessarily know how to access them. My goal is to inspire you and help you rediscover your spark... and become fully aware of your personal power.

My Path

What matters to me: your wellbeing and inner balance, not only the “visible” changes.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked across Europe as a certified personal trainer and wellness guide — from luxury gyms and one-on-one coaching to online programs and custom retreats. I've coached individuals of all ages and backgrounds through sustainable movement, strength, and holistic wellbeing.

Over time, I have started to focus even more on mind and body harmony, on nature, on the essential. On you, the real “you.”

Credentials & Training

  • Certified Personal Trainer (private, corporate & home-based)

  • Yoga Teacher, RYT 500 Certified: Vinyasa, Hatha, Somatic,…

  • Trained in Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, gentle Hypnotherapy and Meditation

  • Complementary training in NLP, “life coaching”, CBT, and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) — tools I gently weave into mindset and embodiment work

  • Scuba Diving Instructor (PADI & ANDI certified) — for those called to the sea

  • Guide & leader for intimate wellness journeys, mostly in Greece

To me, balance isn’t static — it’s a constantly evolving dance between strength and surrender. I first learned to face and accept pain, to heal and rebuild myself before guiding others on their own paths.

My approach

What I offer is simple, but it goes deep.

It’s about movement, presence, and rituals that rekindle your inner spark. It brings lightness, ease, and a sense of magic — offering a new perspective on who you are. Because you are at the heart of this transformation.

This is not about “doing more”.
It’s about returning, again and again , to what’s real.

My Personal Story…

“There was a time when high-functioning anxiety, sleepless nights, and constant striving were my norm: I thought pushing through was strength, until my body made me listen, after dealing with chronic illness and physical trauma. My perspective shifted completely, I decided to heal myself: because at the end of the day, you’re the only one who can truly heal yourself. What followed wasn’t a quick fix, but a gradual return to balance. I redefined what wellness meant for me. Not as a finish line, but as a way of being : evolving, listening, grounded in presence. A path towards inner peace, mind-body-soul alignment, and a deeper kind of strength.

Now, I find real contentment and joy in helping others figure it out for themselves, and embrace all sides of who they are, just as I do, finally.

You don’t have to soften your edges to be whole. You don’t have to dim your light to be seen. Come as you are. You don’t need to fit in a box, you deserve to carve your own path. No dream is too big, or impossible… So let’s shine brighter, feel deeper, dream bigger and live fully!
