LETTING GO, INNER BALANCE, STILLNESS
Together, for six days, we'll be sharing holistic workshops, simple and authentic moments, while getting back to nature and what's essential. I warmly welcome you and help you to slow down, breathe and change your perspective throughout this week. Everyone is welcome to discover my little heaven on earth and my methods for physical, mental & emotional healing. This project is important to me because it offers an escape from routine, allowing you to take a real break and take the time to live, feel and reconnect with yourself and your intuition: a wonderful interlude from our sedentary and overstimulated lifestyles, that drain our energy and extinguish our creativity!

PROGRAM: It is designed to be adapted to the weather and the group. It is possible to add custom options and personalise each trip. Highlights below:
GENTLE MOUVEMENT
We start the day with gentle movement to awaken and connect with your body. I teach unique flow sessions, influenced by yoga, animal flow, etc., and I adapt them to the mood and energy of the day: outdoor stimulating movement to reinforce anchoring and balance.
MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS
At the end of the session, I offer a meditation*, visualisation* or breathing workshop linked to the flow of the day. These practices help to calm the nervous system, to let go and to set clear intentions. We also work on balancing the different chakras* and restorative relaxation such as yoga nidra (non-sleep deep rest).
RECONNECTING WITH NATURE…
Every day, I'll be giving you the chance to discover some breathtaking places. “Forest bathing” in the woods, exploring a canyon, observing marine life, hiking with a stunning view of the Corinthian Gulf... we spend as much time as possible in nature, which has therapeutic effects in itself. Depending on the wishes of the group, I adapt and propose coherent options.

My real goal is also to open up new horizons and give you valuable tools for the future. I also offer ‘discovery’ workshops that can range from shaking to self-massage, incorporating elements of NLP*, ACT*, self-hypnosis*... gentle therapies to help you manage stress, get to know yourself better and experience your emotions more calmly.
REJUVENATING
Of course, I'll leave you some free time to wander around, spend quality time on your own or just relax. I also like to suggest good local places to eat typical dishes, cooked with love, to appreciate the Greek culture: generous and welcoming. For those who want to extend their stay after our trip, I'm happy to advise you on nearby places to visit, and there are many great options!
SHARING CIRCLES
This trip is above all a wonderful human adventure, where I want to share a simpler, gentler way of living, closer to nature and... to our nature. ‘Slow living": following the rhythm of the seasons, focusing on what really matters. It also includes talking circles by the sea, to discuss and share ideas, personal challenges with kindness and in a safe place.

I am aware of the excesses of the wellness sector, particularly regarding cultural appropriation and the purely commercial and distorted use of spiritual and philosophical traditions.
For the sake of convenience, I use the term ‘chakra’ to refer to the energy centres, and to simplify concepts that I like to adhere to, handed down by various teachers over the years. In no way am I pushing you to adopt any spiritual beliefs, and I always encourage you to respect traditions, drawing from them bits of wisdom that make sense to you.
*GLOSSARY of the main holistic practices:
*ACT: ACT is a gentle form of ‘therapy’ that focuses on accepting emotions and thoughts rather than suppressing them in order to treat emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression.
*NLP: NLP is an approach that focuses on how thinking (neuro), language (linguistic) and behaviour interact to understand and change patterns (programmes) to achieve specific goals.
*Meditation: Meditation is a mental practice characterised by relaxation, increased concentration and clearer perception. It is used to reduce stress, improve concentration and promote greater self-understanding.
*Visualisation: Visualisation is a mental technique that involves creating clear, detailed mental images in the mind. It is used for stress management and physical and mental conditioning.
