Together, we'll hike trails with breathtaking views, and take the time to reconnect with what's essential and your body, through this immersion in nature. I'll give you a warm welcome and suggest a variety of activities and walks to stimulate you, recharge your batteries and explore throughout the week. Enjoy the altitude, inspiring landscapes and movement sessions for physical, mental and emotional well-being. This project offers you the chance to discover a little heaven on earth, with a focus on ‘slow tourism’: more respectful and mindful ways to make the most of your travel.. PROGRAM: It is designed to be adapted to the weather and the group. It is possible to add custom options and personalise each trip. Highlights below:
MOVEMENT
We start the day by getting into movement to awaken your mind & body, and prepare for a rich experience. I offer unique flow sessions, with influences from yoga, fitness, animal flow, etc., and I adapt them to the mood and desires of the day. I also organize an introduction to ‘rocking’, so that everyone can challenge themselves at their own level and gain in confidence!
EXCEPTIONAL HIKES
I'll take you on a tour of a canyon, a walk with a panoramic view of the Gulf, the ancient temple of Hera, the summit of Geraneia, etc. We'll spend as much time as possible in the heart of nature, and these daily walks take us back to the essence of human life and are the most powerful remedy for stress and depression! Depending on the wishes of the group, I adapt the itineraries to offer you a tailor-made experience.
MINDFULNESS
Each day, I offer a meditation*, visualisation* or breathing workshop linked to the movement session of the day. These practices help to calm the nervous system, to let go and to set clear intentions. We also work on the different chakras* to balance them and restorative relaxation such as yoga nidra (non-sleep deep rest).
DISCOVERING…
My aim is also to use these trips to share my passion for Greece, its incredibly beautiful and varied nature, and... its history! I prefer to travel as close as possible to local life, and will take you to discover the ancient city of Corinth, dominating a hill high above the sea. An unforgettable open-air visit. For those who wish to stay longer, I can recommend other visits in the area.
RECOVERING
Of course, I leave you some free time to wander around, spend time alone or just relax. I also like to suggest good local places to go and eat typical dishes, cooked with love, to appreciate the generous and friendly Greek culture. Authenticity, sharing and getting back to basics: the best gift you can receive.
SHARING CIRCLES
This trip is above all a wonderful human adventure, where I want to share a simpler, gentler way of living, closer to nature and... to our nature. ‘Slow living': following the rhythm of the seasons, concentrating on what really matters. It also includes talking circles by the sea, to discuss and share ideas, personal challenges with kindness and in a safe place.

BENEFICES DE L’ALTITUDE :
Altitude has a number of interesting effects on the body, such as the increase in haemoglobin (red blood cells), which improves the circulation of oxygen in the blood. It is therefore an excellent cardiovascular workout and can help improve your VO2max.
“ROCKING”:
This discipline preserves muscle mass while improving endurance, without the repetitive shocks and high impact of running. It's easy to get started on your hikes or even your daily walks!
*Chakras:
I am aware of the excesses of the wellness sector, particularly regarding cultural appropriation and the purely commercial and distorted use of spiritual and philosophical traditions.
For the sake of convenience, I use the term ‘chakra’ to refer to the energy centres, and to simplify concepts that I like to adhere to, handed down by various teachers over the years. In no way am I pushing you to adopt any spiritual beliefs, and I always encourage you to respect traditions, drawing from them bits of wisdom that make sense to you.

*ACT: ACT is a gentle form of ‘therapy’ that focuses on accepting emotions and thoughts rather than suppressing them in order to treat emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression.
*NLP: NLP is an approach that focuses on how thinking (neuro), language (linguistic) and behaviour interact to understand and change patterns (programmes) to achieve specific goals.
*Meditation: Meditation is a mental practice characterised by relaxation, increased concentration and clearer perception. It is used to reduce stress, improve concentration and promote greater self-understanding.
*Visualisation: Visualisation is a mental technique that involves creating clear, detailed mental images in the mind. It is used for stress management and physical and mental conditioning.
