How It Works

Private coaching is available in person, online, or as blend of both - designed to meet you where you are, and evolve with you.

Programs are offered in immersive 3- or 6-month formats, or as a long-term monthly package. This is not a drop-in service but a deep, dedicated investment in your wellbeing.

Each journey begins with a personal consultation to understand your needs, your rhythm, and the kind of support that will serve you best. Every element is thoughtfully matched to your needs: yoga, mindfulness, movement, breath, meditation, hypnotherapy, and holistic lifestyle practices, including intuitive approaches to nutrition and daily living - all rooted in nature’s rhythms and your own.

To keep this work personal and truly present, only a small number of clients are held at any one time. Most clients come through personal recommendation. I’m happy to help anyone seeking substance, privacy, and a grounded, unique approach to wellbeing.
